This Privacy Policy explains how NDS Consulting Services Ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit studseek.com (the "Site") or when your information appears on the Site as a featured performer.

We operate the Site as an aggregated, searchable directory of adult content creators with profiles on third-party platforms (such as OnlyFans and JustForFans). The Site is intended for users aged 18 or over.

2. Scope

This policy applies to two groups of data subjects:

• Visitors — anyone who accesses the Site, including those who complete age verification.
• Performers — adult content creators whose profile information is displayed on the Site.

Different sections of this policy apply to each group. Where a section applies only to one group, this is clearly marked.

This policy does not cover:

• Third-party platforms (e.g. OnlyFans, JustForFans, X/Twitter) — when you click a link to leave the Site, the privacy policy of the destination site applies.
• Our age verification provider, when configured, which may act as an independent data controller for the verification process.

3. Definitions

• Personal data — any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
• Processing — any operation performed on personal data (collection, storage, use, disclosure, deletion, etc.).
• Lawful basis — the legal justification we rely on to process your data under UK GDPR Article 6 (and Article 9 where special category data is involved).

4.2 Information collected automatically

• Session data — A session cookie used to remember your age verification status for up to 24 hours.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, referring URL, pages visited, time and duration of visit.
• Search activity — Search queries you submit, filters you apply, and profiles you view (collected in aggregated form for analytics).

4.3 What we do NOT collect from visitors

• We do not require you to create an account to use the Site (during Phase 1).

5. Information We Collect About Performers

5.1 Source of performer data

We aggregate publicly available information from third-party adult content platforms where performers have chosen to publish their profiles. This includes:

• Display name and platform handle (e.g. OnlyFans username)
• Public profile URL
• Public biography text
• Publicly displayed physical attributes (e.g. body type, ethnicity, role)
• Publicly displayed subscription pricing and currency
• Public content statistics (number of photos and videos)
• Public social media handles (e.g. X/Twitter) where the performer has voluntarily linked them to their profile

5.2 What we do NOT collect or display

• We do not collect or store your real (legal) name unless it is the name you have chosen to display publicly.
• We do not collect your home address, date of birth, ID documents, banking information, or other private personal data.
• We do not host or store images, videos, or other content from your profile. We display links only.
• We do not collect data from private or subscriber-only sections of any platform.

6. How We Use Your Information

6.1 Visitors

We use visitor data to:

• Verify that visitors are 18 or over, as required by the UK Online Safety Act
• Maintain your verified-age session
• Operate, secure, and improve the Site
• Respond to your enquiries and requests

9. Your Rights

9.2 Specific guidance for performers — opting out

If you are a performer and you do not want your profile to appear on the Site:

1. Submit an opt-out request via https://studseek.com/remove .
2. Include your platform handle (e.g. OnlyFans username) and the email address associated with your platform account, so we can verify the request.

You do not need to give a reason for opting out. You can also use this process to request rectification of inaccurate information without removing your profile.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use a minimal number of cookies, all strictly necessary in nature.

Strictly necessary cookies do not require your consent. Where we use functional or analytics cookies, you will be presented with a cookie banner allowing you to accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent the Site from functioning.

11. Age of Visitors

The Site contains adult content and is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or over. When enabled, we use a third-party age assurance provider to verify the age of visitors before they can access restricted areas of the Site, in accordance with applicable law and guidance.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. For material changes, we will provide additional notice (for example, via a banner on the Site).
