Terms of Service
The rules for accessing and using Stud Seek.
Last updated: 18th May 2026 Effective date: 18th May 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://studseek.com (the "Site"), operated by NDS Consulting Services Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 14641958 and registered address 5th Floor, 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF.
By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy by reference.
2. Important Notice — Adult Content and Age Restriction
The Site contains references and links to adult content intended for adults aged 18 or over.
You confirm and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher);
- It is lawful for you to access adult content where you are located;
- You will not allow any person under 18 to access the Site through your device or session.
Access to the Site for those in jurisdictions requiring age verification to access adult content may be conditional on completing age verification through our configured third-party provider.
3. About the Site
The Site is a searchable directory of adult content creators with profiles on third-party platforms (such as OnlyFans and JustForFans). The Site:
- Aggregates publicly available profile information from third-party platforms;
- Does not host images, videos, or other content from those platforms;
- Provides links so visitors can navigate to creators' own profiles on third-party platforms;
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OnlyFans, JustForFans, X/Twitter, or any other third-party platform.
4. Definitions
- "Visitor" or "you" — any person who accesses the Site.
- "Performer" — any adult content creator whose profile information is displayed on the Site.
- "Performer Data" — profile information aggregated from third-party platforms and displayed on the Site.
- "Site Content" — all content on the Site other than Performer Data, including text, design, logos, layout, code, the structure and selection of the directory, and the database itself.
- "Database" — the compiled, structured collection of Performer Data on the Site, in which we hold sui generis database rights.
5. Eligibility and Use of the Site
To use the Site you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age;
- Have completed age verification successfully (if required);
- Be legally permitted to access adult-themed content where you are located;
- Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
You must not use the Site if we have previously suspended or banned your access.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:
- Access the Site through any automated means except as expressly permitted in Section 7;
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that violates these Terms;
- Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure;
- Bypass, disable, or interfere with security or access-control features (including the age-verification gate, rate limits, CAPTCHA, or session controls);
- Use the Site to harass, threaten, defame, or harm any Performer or other person;
- Use the Site to identify, contact, locate, or "out" any Performer in any manner not facilitated by the Site;
- Attempt to extract or infer the real (legal) identity of any Performer;
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to the Site or any Site Content or Performer Data;
- Frame, mirror, or otherwise reproduce the Site or any substantial part of it on any other website or service;
- Use the Site or any part of it to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or develop any machine learning model, large language model, generative AI system, or similar technology;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Site, except to the extent that such activity is permitted by mandatory law that cannot be excluded;
- Submit content (including in opt-out, contact, or any future user-input form) that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or that infringes the rights of any third party;
- Impersonate any Performer or other person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
7. Prohibition on Scraping, Crawling, and Automated Access
This Section 7 is a material part of these Terms. Your access to the Site is conditional on your strict compliance with this Section.
7.1 General prohibition
You must not, and must not authorise, permit, encourage, or assist any third party to:
- Use any robot, spider, scraper, crawler, harvester, headless browser, automated script, automated query tool, screen-scraper, or any other automated, mechanical, or electronic means to access, monitor, copy, extract, index, store, scrape, mine, or reproduce any part of the Site, the Database, the Site Content, or the Performer Data;
- Reproduce, extract, or re-utilise the whole, or any substantial part (evaluated qualitatively or quantitatively), of the Database;
- Repeatedly and systematically extract or re-utilise insubstantial parts of the Database where doing so conflicts with our normal exploitation of the Database or unreasonably prejudices our legitimate interests;
- Aggregate, compile, build derivative directories from, or republish Performer Data, whether obtained from the Site directly or via search engine caches, archives, or any other means;
- Use the Site, the Database, the Site Content, or the Performer Data to train, fine-tune, evaluate, validate, ground, or otherwise develop any artificial intelligence model, machine-learning system, large language model, embeddings store, or similar technology, whether the model is trained directly or via an intermediate dataset;
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any technical measure we use to detect or prevent automated access (including rate limits, CAPTCHA, IP blocking, user-agent restrictions, robots.txt directives, or behavioural detection);
- Misrepresent the identity, origin, or purpose of any access to the Site (including by spoofing user-agent strings, rotating IP addresses, or using residential proxies to evade rate limiting);
- Access the Site at a rate or volume that an ordinary human user could not reasonably achieve.
7.2 Limited exception for general-purpose search engines
We may, at our discretion, permit identified general-purpose search engine crawlers (for example, Googlebot and Bingbot) to index public pages of the Site to the extent permitted by our robots.txt file and any meta-directives. This exception applies only to:
- Crawlers that accurately and verifiably identify themselves;
- Crawlers that respect our
robots.txtdirectives, rate limits, and exclusion meta tags; - Crawling for the sole purpose of providing a general-purpose search index that links visitors back to the Site.
This exception does not authorise:
- Generative-AI search experiences, AI overview / answer features, or any use of crawled content to train or ground AI models;
- Specialised, commercial, or vertical-specific scrapers; or
- Any other use of the Database or Performer Data beyond the limited indexing described above.
We may revoke this exception at any time, in whole or in part, by updating our robots.txt file or by written notice.
7.3 Database rights and intellectual property
The Database is protected by:
- Copyright in the Site Content and the Database structure;
- The sui generis database right under the Copyright and Rights in Databases Regulations 1997 (as retained in UK law), arising from our substantial investment in obtaining, verifying, and presenting the Database contents;
- Other applicable intellectual property rights.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you. We expressly reserve all rights not granted.
7.4 Consequences of breach
A breach of this Section 7:
- Causes us substantial harm that may not be fully compensable in damages;
- Entitles us to immediately and permanently terminate your access to the Site, block your IP address and any associated identifiers, and pursue civil and (where applicable) criminal remedies;
- Entitles us to seek injunctive relief, an account of profits, damages, and our reasonable legal costs;
- May constitute an offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 if it involves unauthorised access or impairment of our systems.
You agree that damages alone may not be an adequate remedy and that we are entitled to seek interim and final injunctive relief.
8. Performer Profiles and Opt-Out
8.1 Source of Performer Data
Performer Data is aggregated from publicly available information published by Performers on third-party platforms and other forums. We do not host images, video, or other content originating from those platforms.
8.2 Performers are not parties to these Terms
These Terms govern Visitors' use of the Site. They do not bind Performers, who have not entered into any agreement with us by virtue of having a profile listed on the Site.
8.3 Opt-out for Performers
Performers may at any time request removal from the Site, free of charge and without giving reasons, via the process described in our Privacy Policy. We will action verified opt-out requests promptly and in any event within 30 days.
8.4 Notice and takedown
If you are a Performer (or you act lawfully on a Performer's behalf), or you believe that any content on the Site:
- Infringes your rights;
- Is inaccurate;
- Was published without consent on the underlying third-party platform; or
- Otherwise should not appear on the Site,
contact us at help@studseek.com with sufficient detail to identify the profile and the issue. We will investigate as a priority and act in accordance with applicable law.
8.5 No verification or endorsement
The listing of a Performer profile on the Site does not amount to any endorsement, recommendation, approval, verification, or certification of that Performer by us. We do not verify the identity, authenticity, qualifications, attributes, statements, or claims of any Performer, and inclusion in the Database does not imply that the Performer has been vetted, screened, or approved.
This Section 8.5 applies regardless of any presentation, ranking, label, badge, or other treatment given to a Performer profile on the Site. Where we introduce verified-status indicators or similar features in future, the specific criteria and meaning of any such indicator will be described separately on the Site, and this Section 8.5 will continue to apply to all profiles other than those expressly described as verified under that separate description.
You acknowledge that:
- Any communication, purchase, subscription, transaction, or other engagement with a Performer takes place directly through the relevant third-party platform and not through the Site;
- We are not a party to, and accept no responsibility for, any agreement, arrangement, communication, or dispute between you and a Performer; and
- Performers are solely responsible for the content they create, publish, or make available on third-party platforms, the accuracy and completeness of their underlying profile details, the fulfilment of any commitments they make to subscribers, and their compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.
8.6 Prohibited content and reporting
We do not knowingly index, display, link to, or otherwise facilitate access to:
- Leaked, stolen, unlawfully obtained, or misappropriated content;
- Pirated or copyright-infringing material made available without authority;
- Content depicting, promoting, or facilitating illegal conduct;
- Child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, or any material that exploits children;
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, image-based abuse, or revenge pornography; or
- Any material that breaches applicable law, regulation, or binding legal requirement.
The Site indexes only publicly available profile information that Performers have chosen to make accessible on third-party platforms.
If you become aware of any content on the Site that you believe falls within the categories above, or that otherwise constitutes illegal content, please notify us promptly at help@studseek.com with sufficient detail to identify the profile and the nature of the concern. We treat such reports as a priority and will assess and respond to them in accordance with applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Our rights
All Site Content and the Database (including the structure, selection, and arrangement of Performer Data) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, database right, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws. Subject to your strict compliance with these Terms, we grant you the limited licence described in Section 5.
You acquire no ownership or licence rights in any Site Content or in the Database except as expressly stated.
9.2 Performer Data
We do not claim ownership of any individual Performer's name, biography, or likeness. We claim only the database right and copyright in the compiled Database and in the Site Content we have created. Use of Performer Data is restricted as set out in these Terms (including Section 7).
9.3 Trade marks
"Stud Seek" and our logo are our trade marks. You must not use them without our prior written consent. "OnlyFans", "JustForFans", "X", "Twitter", and other third-party names and marks are the property of their respective owners.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site contains links to third-party websites and services, including third-party adult content platforms. We:
- Do not control those third-party sites or services;
- Do not endorse them;
- Are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices, or availability;
- Are not responsible for any transaction you enter into with a third party.
When you click a link to leave the Site, the terms and privacy policy of the destination apply. You are responsible for reviewing those terms before using the third-party service.
11. User Submissions
If you submit information to us (for example, through a contact form, opt-out request, or any future input field):
- You confirm that you have the right to submit it;
- You confirm that it is accurate and not unlawful, defamatory, or infringing;
- You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the information for the purpose of operating the Site, responding to your request, and complying with our legal obligations;
- We may remove or refuse to act on submissions that we reasonably believe are unlawful, abusive, or in bad faith.
12. Disclaimers
12.1 Site provided "as is"
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability.
12.2 No reliance on Performer Data
Performer Data is aggregated from third-party sources and may be inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete. We do not warrant the accuracy of any Performer Data. You must not rely on the Site as the sole basis for any decision.
12.3 Service availability
We do not warrant that the Site will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from security vulnerabilities. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict the availability of all or any part of the Site for operational, security, or business reasons without notice.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 Liability we do not exclude
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- Any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law (including, where you access the Site as a consumer, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
13.2 Liability we exclude
Subject to Section 13.1, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any:
- Loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, or anticipated savings;
- Loss of opportunity or goodwill;
- Loss or corruption of data;
- Indirect, special, or consequential loss;
- Loss arising from your use of any third-party platform reached through the Site.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if:
- We reasonably believe you have breached these Terms;
- We reasonably believe your access poses a security or operational risk;
- We are required to do so by law or regulator; or
- We discontinue all or part of the Site.
The following sections survive termination: 7 (Prohibition on Scraping), 9 (Intellectual Property), 11 (User Submissions), 12 (Disclaimers), 13 (Limitation of Liability), 16 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction), and any other provision that by its nature should survive.
15. Changes to the Site and to these Terms
15.1 Changes to the Site
We may add, modify, or remove features of the Site at any time. We make no commitment to maintain any particular feature.
15.2 Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. For material changes, we will provide additional notice (for example, via a banner on the Site).
If you continue to use the Site after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the Site.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
16.1 Governing law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
16.2 Jurisdiction
Subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws of the country in which you are habitually resident, you agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter.
17. Miscellaneous
17.1 Entire agreement
These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreement.
17.2 No waiver
A failure or delay by us in enforcing any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that or any other provision.
17.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
17.4 No partnership or agency
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and us.
17.5 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may assign or transfer ours to any successor in business or affiliate.
17.6 Third-party rights
A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of its provisions.
17.7 Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including acts of God, internet or telecommunications failure, cyber-attack, government action, or pandemic.
